The launch coincides with the latest research on the use of medications amongst the elderly in the US. According to medical tech firm MediPense, over 55% of seniors are not correctly taking their medications. However, this incorrect use can have deeply adverse consequences. According to Aging Care, approximately 200,000 older adults are hospitalized annually due to adverse drug reactions. This is a rate almost 6 times worse than in the general population.
