Intergenerationals who want to tell/preserve their stories looking for the latest information on How to tell your story in various forms can register to attend Tell Me A Story – an intergenerational event scheduled for April 2, 2022.

Crossroads Nazarene. Church is sponsoring this year’s event, which will cover key issues such as:

When Laughter and Faith Hold Hands – Lynne Hartke – Based on her book, “Under the Desert Sky”, Lynne shares her story of finding God in life’s hardest places, including cancer.

Raising a Modern Day Knight -Sergio & Nicolai Oldenburg with Mark Fuller – What happens when a father deliberately spends years mentoring his son and drawing others into the process of being a man after God’s own heart?

Amalia Balch shares her story as a Lost Child of Greece. Adopted from Greece at the age of 5 she struggled to understand the web of deceit that surrounded her adoption- yet God found a way to give her faith and purpose..

Storytellers Panel – 3 published authors – Lynne Hardtke, Amalia Balch, and Jen Ketter share their process for capturing their stories and getting them published.

9 Steps to Telling Your Own Story(ies) – Bob Pike – This interactive session takes you through the 9 steps Bob, a speaker’s hall of fame member, uses to turn an incident into a compelling story.
