London, 23 December 2020: London-based advisory boutique Laeceum represented UK-based property investors network Ltd in an acquisition by Singapore-based Genius Group.
The property investors network, founded by Simon Zutshi in 2003, has grown to become the largest property networking organisation in the UK, providing a positive, inspirational and supportive environment where entrepreneurs learn how to become more successful property investors.
