Two of the 1960’s biggest stars will take to the stage as part of the “An Intimate Evening With…” series produced by Oscar’s Palm Springs on Friday, March 18 at 7 pm. Frankie Avalon, the former teen idol best known for his roles in various blockbuster films of the era like “Beach Blanket Bingo” and “The Alamo” as well as for his 31 top Billboard singles including the number one hits “Venus” and “Why” will be joined by James Darren, best known for starring in the “Gidget” films “T.J. The pair will share stories from their illustrious careers and recall personal moments as they look back at the various films, TV appearances and live performances over the years.
“An Intimate Evening With…” are one-on-one sit-downs with celebs who share details about their personal lives, their upbringings, their careers, what they are working on now, etc. The shows are backed up with multi-media presentations that heighten the experience.
