Colella assumes the role of CEO and has been active in corporate finance activities on a national and international level over the course of his 40-plus year career. His background includes Chairman and CEO of the Colmen Group, along with Chairman, CEO and COO of a number of companies requiring growth initiatives. Prior to Colmen, Colella was CFO of a division of Berwind Corporation and a financial executive for the North American operations of Royal Doulton China. Colella’s areas of specialization include corporate finance, investment banking, business consulting services, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, profit improvement and growth initiatives in both private and public companies.
