Plans for the development of a new all-inclusive neighborhood in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam, have been unveiled to showcase the project’s mastery in creating the perfect balance between biodiversity and human well-being.
Named The Global City, the new 117.4-hectare development project was conceived by Masterise Homes, who subsequently appointed Foster & Partners as Architectural Advisors, to pilot the creation of the outstanding architectural masterpiece.
The Global City is located right in the heart of An Phu ward, Thu Duc City, providing excellent connectivity with neighboring districts. According to the details of the plan, facilities in the new city will include high-rise and low-rise apartments, villas, social housing, schools, medical and administration facilities, a 125,000 sqm shopping mall, etc.
In addition, Masterise Homes has also promised that residents will receive premium care and be treated to the highest standards of hospitality.

By combining five different neighborhoods, all featuring green areas such as parks and gardens, Foster & Partners aims to create a truly biodiverse environment, characterized by seamlessly integrated buildings, landscaped public spaces, and sustainable community facilities.
The British architectural practice also revealed that it will preserve the local streetscape and existing vernacular of Ho Chi Minh City, by adopting the use of brick and timber in designing residential buildings.
With 1800 low-rise products and 10,000 high-rise products, The Global City is expected to be completed in 48 months. And will offer lifetime ownership to Vietnamese citizens while foreigners can only retain ownership for 50 years.
