The college will forgive all rent payments from the non-profit organization during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cleveland Heights, OH – Lakewood College is pleased to announce it is renting part of its office space to non-profit organization, Jordan Community Resource Center, free of charge during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lakewood College is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides worldwide distance education for business, medical, and legal professions. The college provides quality online programs that are both rigorous and able to be earned in a short period of time.
In the college’s most recent news, founder of Lakewood College, Tanya Haggins, is announcing it will be renting a portion of its office space to a local organization, Jordan Community Resource Center. Additionally, the college will be permitting the resource center to use its office space, rent-free, during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to help alleviate concerns for the administration of the organization.
“We are so pleased to be able to support our friends at Jordan Community Resource Center with the space they require to provide such a critical service to their clients,” says Haggins. “Our college believes it is our duty to support not only the needs of our students, but also of our not-for-profit community partners.”
Jordan Community Resource Center supports women who have been victims of human trafficking, who have addictions, or who require housing and training to get back onto their feet and regain a sense of normalcy and confidence. The organization’s mission is to provide transformative and supportive services to women in crisis through a full range of cultural and social support programs.
