When asked about how project timeframe is affected by supply chain issues and labor and material shortages, Todd said: “The impact of these issues is tangible but we do our best to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. We know homeowners are impatient to see the end-result, so we try to get the job done as efficiently as we can. The first step is the sale and design process which typically takes a month, the second step is the selection process which takes around 2 months, and the third and final step is construction which can take 10 to 12 weeks for a kitchen remodeling project, while room additions can take between 3 and 6 months.“
